Maintain ad update "as-built" BIM models to reflect current site conditions during facility operations
Input, verify, and manage asset data (e.g., COBie fields, serial numbers, maintenance schedules) within Revit models
Update models to reflect renovations, A&A works or major building services modifications
Support maintenance teams by extracting equipment locations, specs, and manuals from BIM for routine and emergency tasks
Use Navisworks or similar tools to check spatial coordination and clearance for equipment installation or replacement
Assist in integrating BIM data with CAFM / CMMS systems to enable asset-linked workflows and digital twin initiatives
Conduct site verifications and produce technical drawings or spatial reports for operational and planning purposes

Required
Desired experience and technical skills
Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience; fresh graduates with strong BIM-FM project work may be considered
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is required
Familiarity with COBie standards and BIM classification systems (e.g., Uniclass, OmniClass) is preferred
Basic understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and their operational workflows
Exposure to CAFM/CMMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, Maximo) or visual programming tools like Dynamo is a plus
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to communicate technical BIM insights to non-technical stakeholders
