What this job involves:

Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of building equipment and systems
Respond to and resolve facility related issues and service requests in a timely manner
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions and failures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works
Event space set up

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Required

Desired experience and technical skills

Working experience in Facilities department
Technical certification
Extensive experience in the built environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical and general handyman tasks
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
