What this job involves:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of building equipment and systems
  • Respond to and resolve facility related issues and service requests in a timely manner
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions and failures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works
  • Event space set up

Required

Desired experience and technical skills

  • Working experience in Facilities department
  • Technical certification
  • Extensive experience in the built environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical and general handyman tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
