Procurement Manager to oversee a broad portfolio of
indirect spend categories and drive best‑in‑class sourcing practices.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities across a wide range of indirect categories, including Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, HR Services, and General Administration.
- Develop and implement category strategies that deliver cost optimisation, improve service quality, and enhance supplier value.
- Manage the full sourcing cycle-requirements gathering, market analysis, RFP/RFQ management, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, and supplier onboarding.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance frameworks, approval workflows, and audit standards.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic sourcing recommendations.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring, issue escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct spend analysis, identify savings opportunities, and deliver regular reporting to management.
- Support process improvements, policy updates, and procurement system enhancements to strengthen efficiency and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related disciplines; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) are advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, with solid exposure to indirect categories.
- Strong understanding of tendering, contract negotiation, procurement governance, and risk controls.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in spend analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and cost optimisation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP/procurement systems preferred.
- High integrity, organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
