(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You Will Be Responsible For
- providing administrative support to Venue Operations team such as issuing service orders and preparing regular reports like expenses consolidation;
- sourcing and liaising with vendors for operations equipment and tools and venue services;
- following up on the procurement process to obtain quotations, issue purchase order, arrange goods delivery or services and settle invoice;
- providing venue and event operations support occasionally such as information counter services, usher services, and service bar with sales transactions; and
- performing any duties from time to time as reasonably as assigned by the Authority.
You Should
- possess a recognized higher diploma or above;
- preferably have around 1 year of relevant experience in venue operations in performing arts venues, hospitality and/or tourism sectors;
- have knowledge of front-of-house operations and event operations;
- possess good analytical skills and numerical sense;
- demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability and strong adaptability;
- be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- be proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English; and
- be required to work on shift occasionally including weekends and public holidays.
