Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Manage a property portfolio of residential, industrial and upcoming properties of its safety, security, repair & maintenance, cleaning and daily operation matters to ensure high service standards and quality in the whole region
  • Responsible for budget planning, liaison with owners organization / clients, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc.
  • Monitor income and expenses and prepare annual budgets and other related financial duties
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prepare tender documents and presentation for biding new contract
  • Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading and continuous improvement
  • Liaise with different external parties to maintain close working relationship and uphold a positive corporate image

Requirements

  • With a minimum of 10 years property, - leasing and management experience in property management, with at least 6 years in managerial/supervisory level;
  • Holding PMP (Tier 1) license and preferable with relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MHKIS, MRICS
  • With Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent client management skills with high level of service integrity
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
