- 有志加入建造業行列。
- 申請人須完成香港建造學院的強化建造業人力訓練計劃。
- 學歷最少為中五畢業或在DSE制度下中六畢業及在數學科取得合格，或具同等學歷。申請人如具較高學歷會獲優先考慮。
- 申請人須懂得閱讀及書寫中文，並能以廣東話溝通。
