Our internship program (from July to August 2026) provides interns with exposure to the world of Banking sectors through practical work experience and training. The program includes an hour orientation where you'll learn about our company, our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of CBRE.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to building operations.
- Support the team in coordinating maintenance activities, including scheduling and tracking work orders.
- Work closely with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities to help maintain building equipment and systems.
- Help monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure quality and functionality.
- Respond to basic maintenance issues and support the team during emergency situations.
- Learn to troubleshoot si mple technical issues and support problem-solving efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report updates to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members and demonstrate professionalism aligned with CBRE values.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and tracking expenses for minor repair and maintenance works.
- Support the review of contractor quotations and help ensure works are completed within the approved budget.
