About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Voice Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic global team supporting critical voice systems within a fast-paced financial services environment.

This is a hands-on role where you will act as a Level 3 escalation point, lead infrastructure upgrades, and play a key role in delivering voice solutions across regional and global offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support for enterprise voice infrastructure, working closely with offshore support teams
  • Oversee outsourced voice operations and ensure high standards of delivery and quality
  • Lead and contribute to key voice infrastructure projects, including:
    • Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) upgrades
    • Voice recording platform upgrades (compliance-driven)
    • Migration from ISDN/PRI to SIP telephony
    • Office build, relocation, and expansion projects (APAC / global)
  • Support regional expansion initiatives, including new office setups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Compliance, Trading)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice issues across distributed environments
Technical Environment

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • UCCX / Contact Centre solutions
  • Trading voice platforms (BT Trading / turret systems)
  • Voice recording systems (Verint / NICE)
  • Enterprise telephony protocols (SIP, PSTN)

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in voice engineering within banking or financial services
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco CUCM (Call Manager)
  • Proven experience providing Level 3 / 3rd line support
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • SIP / PSTN / telephony protocols
    • Voice infrastructure upgrades and migrations
  • Experience working with outsourced vendors (e.g., BT)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (essential)
Preferred Skills

  • Mandarin language capability
  • Experience with UCCX (Contact Centre)
  • Exposure to voice recording platforms (Verint / NICE) and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of trading turret systems (e.g., BT Trading)
  • Experience with voice transcription or analytics platforms
