About The Role
As a
Guest Relations Host, you will be providing personalized service to guests and ensuring a smooth daily operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
- Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites, limousine.
- Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
