Responsibilities
- Support receiving operations by verifying quantity and quality of incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips
- Prepare product identification tags for all inbound shipments
- Assist in packaging and dispatching customer orders in a timely manner
- Perform data entry for shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions using company systems
- Process inventory movements.
- Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups according to customer requirements
- Ensure all shipments are completed, closed, and invoiced on time
- Handle government or special orders, including required system entries and invoicing
- Generate basic operational or shipment reports when required
- Cross-support warehouse functions and assist in team training where necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Participate in EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) activities
Qualifications
Diploma or above in Accounting/Business or relevant experience. Experience with invoicing or ERP systems preferred. Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Basic Excel knowledge. Good communication skills.
