Responsibilities
- Lead the Billing & Receipts team to ensure timely and accurate billing and accounts receivable collections
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all billing and receipt–related matters
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures on credit control and accounts receivable
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including AR and bank reconciliations
- Participate in accounting system enhancements and other AR‑related system integrations
- Drive process improvements and streamline invoicing and collection procedures
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a sizable organization
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in the property leasing business is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiarity with Oracle is highly preferred
