Job Descriptions:

Execute comprehensive corporate finance operations, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), capital market refinancing
Conduct industry and company research, perform financial analysis, and develop financial models
Participate in the due diligence process for corporate finance transactions
Manage investment project initiation, strategy formulation, and channel analysis
Assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions and maintain client relationships
Prepare corporate presentations and business proposals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Accounting is preferred
Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous
At least 5- 8 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking
Substantial knowledge of listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements
SFC Type 6 license required
Able to work under pressure with good team work
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
