Background
Carers Hong Kong Limited is a local charity established in 2018 dedicated to supporting working caregivers in Hong Kong. This nutrition and health project aims to improve the physical and mental well-being of these caregivers by addressing sub-health conditions commonly faced due to high stress, irregular meals, and heavy responsibilities
What We Have
Orientation and training: Introductory sessions on our mission, programs, and grant application processes. -Mentorship and supervision: Regular check‑ins with staff to answer questions and provide feedback.-Event planning resources: Access to planning tools, schedules, and logistical support for future events. -Administrative support: Assistance with documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
