Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Support the new employment procedures for new employees, including Orientation and onboarding formalities
- Assist in coordinating and organizing internal employee activities, including birthday parties, recognition programs, team-building activities and wellness programs
- Assist in coordinating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities
- Prepare team member newsletters
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information
- Prepare monthly training reports and update training records
- Administrative support to the Learning & Development Team
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong communication in Cantonese and English
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
