About The Role
Due to the growth within the business we are now seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator APAC & MENAT to join the team based in Hong Kong on a
fixed term contract basis from May/June to Dec 2026. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide coordination and creative consultative services in the development, implementation, training, and support of the Company’s digital platforms including web publishing software, email marketing tools, and online presentation software.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager APAC, this will be an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute towards the regional/global marketing efforts across the regions.
Contract is renewable depending on performance and company needs.
What You’ll Do
- Partners with business lines and offices in APAC & MENAT regions to recommend and implement digital strategies using digital marketing systems including external website publishing software, email marketing system, online presentation software, web analytics packages, etc
- Monitors, approves, and assists in the coordination content for external websites to ensure quality and consistency regionally and globally
- Recommends and implements ongoing improvement to all external regional websites and other digital marketing tools
- Identifies, trains and supports web authors and editors from business lines, countries, and internal departments
- Plays an integral role in digital platform upgrades
- Support the upcoming website migration project
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or marketing or digital marketing or related field
- 1-3 years relevant experience in digital marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge in digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Display and Social Media)
- Basic website or CMS knowledge (HTML & CSS, Javascript)
- Basic knowledge in CRM or database management and experience with AI tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure
- Strong communications skill and multi-task handling skill in a dynamic working environment
- Proficiency in (spoken and written) English and Mandarin / Cantonese
