Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical support, including maintaining documentation system and records, performing data entry, preparing report, coordinating meetings, handling enquiries and carrying out other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
- Be meticulous and able to work independently
- Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as English and Chinese word processing, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on 3-month temporary contract terms
- Candidates with less experience but higher qualification will also be considered
