Responsibility
Job Description:
- Property / Facilities Maintenance ensuring compliance with the Safety and Health Management System;
- Responsible for all works-related matters, handle work-related / repair and maintenance requests / complaints;
- Hands-on experience on handling pump and AC maintenance is required;
- Prepare work-related quotations and specification for works;
- To lead and supervision of maintenance team and contractor to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance work.
Job Requirements
- Holder of Higher Diploma or Higher Cert in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years' solid experience in property maintenance.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently.
- Attain e-call and handling emergency issue.
