Job Title: Digital Solutions Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Digital Solutions Lead to lead enterprise digital initiatives combining strategic leadership, fintech/digital expertise, and hands-on execution.
This role requires a “doer-leader” who can translate business requirements into scalable solutions, lead end-to-end delivery, and actively build using low-code/no-code platforms where required. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & FinTech Strategy
Define and execute digital initiatives across enterprise platforms including finance/treasury, business operations, and automation. - Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and fintech programs with strong governance, structured planning, and clear accountability. - Hands-on Solution Development
Design and build applications, workflows, and automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms. - Business Process Transformation
Identify and implement digital-first solutions to improve financial, operational, and business processes. - Technology & Integration Oversight
Ensure scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions across enterprise systems (including finance, ERP, and other digital platforms). - Stakeholder Management
Engage and influence senior stakeholders (finance, business, and IT leadership) and translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes. - Communication & Change Management
Drive adoption through structured communication, training, and change management initiatives. - Vendor Management
Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring quality delivery aligned with business and fintech requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, fintech, enterprise systems, or automation roles
- Proven track record delivering complex digital/fintech programs
- Experience working across finance, business, and IT functions
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital platforms, and enterprise systems
- Hands-on expertise in low-code/no-code development (mandatory)
- Strong program and project management capabilities
- Experience in system integration and solution design
