This is a permanent part-time relief role with no fixed roster. We’re seeking Registered Nurses available across AM and PM shifts (minimum 3–4 days), providing flexible coverage for planned and unplanned staff leave to ensure continuity of care.
We are seeking two Registered Nurses: one with weekday AM/PM availability (Mon–Fri) and one with weekday PM/night availability.

permanent part-time Relief basis at our
McNamara Lodge in Meadow Springs. This is a
relief role that offers variety and flexibility, supporting coverage across various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends) based on operational needs.

About The Role
As part of our nursing pool, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting different shifts as needed. This role offers great variety and the chance to broaden your clinical experience.
You Will
- Deliver and coordinate clinical care and care plans
- Administer medications and perform clinical tasks
- Monitor and respond to changing resident needs
- Lead and support care staff on shift
- Act as the senior clinician when required

About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 6 months aged care experience as Registered Nurse
- Confident clinical and decision-making skills
- Strong communicator and team player
- Flexible and reliable with shift availability
- Passionate about delivering respectful, quality care
