ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Sales Director (Hong Kong), and you will play a pivotal part in streamlining the journey from a blood draw to life-changing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including customer queries and preparing sample kits/order forms.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate sample collection with logistics partners and arrange international shipments to our Singapore laboratory.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish clinical consumables (e.g. Streck tubes/kits) and office supplies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain the CRM system and input daily order tracking (collection dates, arrival dates, and TAT) with sharp attention to detail.
- Design and Marketing: Design and product marketing materials (digital and print), and assist with generating social media.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales administration/coordination role.
- Prior working experience in customer service with a focus on sales support and coordination would be advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend to customer support and operational matters beyond usual working hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in CRM Management software will be an advantage, i.e. OnepageCRM, Salesforce
- Ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics is highly preferred.
- Experience working in high-growth environments and a willingness to handle ad-hoc tasks like organising seminiars or office supplies.

職位簡介
作為銷售協調員(Sales Coordinator),你將直接向銷售總監(香港)匯報。你將在優化整個檢測流程中扮演關鍵角色——從安排抽血到交付轉化生命的檢測報告,確保每一步都流暢高效。
- 主要職責
- 銷售支援: 處理日常行政事務,包括解答客戶查詢、準備樣本採集套件(Sample kits)及訂單表格。
- 物流管理: 與本地物流合作夥伴協調樣本收送,並安排將樣本國際運送至我們的新加坡實驗室。
- 庫存管制: 監控並及時補充臨床耗材(如 Streck 採血管/套件)及辦公室用品。
- 數據與系統維護: 維護 CRM 系統,並以嚴謹認真的態度輸入每日訂單追蹤數據(包括採集日期、送抵日期及報告週轉時間 TAT)。
- 設計與市場推廣: 協助設計及製作市場推廣材料(印刷品及數碼媒體),並協助編寫社交媒體內容。
職位要求
基本條件(Must-Haves)
- 擁有 1 至 3 年銷售行政或銷售協調相關工作經驗。
- 具備客戶服務經驗,並曾從事銷售支援及協調工作者將獲優先考慮。
- 能在節奏明快、有壓力的環境下工作,並於限期內完成任務。
- 工作具靈活性,能於非辦公時間處理緊急的客戶支援或營運事宜。
- 具備出色的溝通及人際交往能力(必須流利粵語及英語;懂普通話者佳)。
- 熟悉 CRM 管理軟件(如 OnePageCRM、Salesforce)者將獲優先考慮。
- 具備良好的多任務處理(Multitasking)能力,同時保持高度的細心與準確度。
加分條件(Nice-to-Haves)
- 擁有醫療、生物科技、醫療器械或臨床診斷行業經驗者進一步考慮。
- 具備初創或高速成長企業的工作經驗,並樂意處理看似微小但重要的日常事務(例如協助籌辦講座或管理辦公室物資)。
