We are now hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager. Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in bringing the corporate brand to life through creative and impactful marketing initiatives. You’ll develop engaging, on-brand content, ensure brand consistency as a trusted guardian, and support events, partnerships, and PR activities. Working across digital platforms including website and social media, you’ll help drive performance through campaigns and analytics . Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll contribute to high-quality campaigns , while also gaining exposure to market insights, competitor trends, and end-to-end campaign delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of the corporate brand strategy and managing related marketing initiatives
  • Support the creation of on-brand, engaging, and compelling content and collateral
  • Act as corporate brand guardian, promote alignment with Brand Guidelines, and provide guidance to stakeholders
  • Help maintain Brand resources/tools such as Library and assist with enquiries
  • Assist in the project management of events/sponsorships and partnerships
  • Assist in the implementation of PR activities including liaison with PR agencies, event organisers, and partners
  • Help manage online campaigns and tools including website and social media, ensuring timely updates and maintenance
  • Maintain analytics tracking for website, social media, and other campaign evaluations for on-going reviews and improvements
  • Liaise with external consultants/partners including copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, and contractors, as well as internal parties to implement relevant marketing activities and production of marketing collaterals, including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, presentations, and reports
  • Assist with research and updates on market trends and competitive analysis
  • Assist with general administration including but not limited to budget maintenance and cost evaluation


REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or brand management
  • Experience working with culturally diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the management and creation of marketing assets including social media content. Familiarity with Sitecore and analytics tools such as Google Analytics will be an advantage
  • Digital savvy with ability to adopt new marketing automation tools and AI capabilities
  • Good project management, interpersonal, and time management skills; be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Creative, independent, well-organised, and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
