Join a leading financial services organisation as an Associate in Trade Operations, supporting the smooth execution of trade operations and collateral management processes.
Job Description
- Support daily collateral management operations across cash equities, derivatives, and OTC markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions and contingency scenarios in a prompt and professional manner.
- Execute and continuously improve operational processes to deliver efficient, high-quality services and support new business initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparties/market participants on daily operations, as well as new clearing products and services.
- Support project initiatives by gathering user requirements, participating in system enhancements, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants by providing responsive support and driving service improvements.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, exposure in collateral operations, or cash management, with exposure to cash equities, derivatives, and/or OTC markets.
- Knowledge of fixed income products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
