Our client is a well-established international organization with a strong presence in the consumer retail and lifestyle sector, operating across multiple markets and offering a portfolio of premium products and customer-focused services.
They are seeking a hands-on Administrative Manager to oversee office operations, workplace management, and internal communications, while partnering closely with HR and employees across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and facilities management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Manage procurement of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and water supplies
- Act as the main point of contact for property management, handling maintenance issues, tenancy matters, and building coordination
- Organize and coordinate fire drills and workplace safety procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance)
- Support HR-related communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging across different employee groups
- Serve as a communication bridge between C-suite, management, and frontline staff
- Drive workplace initiatives to enhance employee engagement and office environment
- Ensure office policies and procedures are compliant, up-to-date, and consistently implemented
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or workplace operations
- Familiarity with liaising with property management and building operations
- Experience organizing safety procedures (e.g., fire drills, compliance activities)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and frontline employees
- Exposure to HR coordination or employee communications is highly preferred
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
