Support the CAM integration project across the Distribution Division, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports related to integration activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to support integration initiatives.
Monitor project progress and maintain documentation, action logs, and project tracking tools.
Support process mapping, documentation of current and future-state workflows, and identification of process improvement opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, business cases, and management reports for project stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis on operational, commercial, and financial topics to support decision-making.
Support change management and communication activities related to the integration project.
Perform other ad hoc project-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and cultures.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in project management, business analysis, legal, finance, or consulting environments is an advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
