What this job involves:

  • Carry out and supervise daily maintenance activities for building systems
  • Monitor work progress, ensure quality, and meet service timelines
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and contractor proposals
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
  • Coordinate and guide technicians and external vendors on-site

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 year of maintenance experience, preferably in property or facilities management
  • Holder of Registration as an Electrical Worker (REW) is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS or CAFM platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly to urgent operational needs
