We are looking for an AI Consultant who thrives on turning strategy into working solutions and shaping enterprise AI capabilities across diverse markets. You will drive the entire AI lifecycle — combining hands-on technical delivery, strategic consulting and team mentorship to solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Shape the AI and GenAI agenda across corporate functions and business units
- Drive priority use cases from opportunity identification through production deployment and value realization
- Build shared assets like agentic AI frameworks, evaluation patterns and reusable templates to accelerate in-house builds
- Coach data science teams, benchmark maturity and adapt regional solutions for local rollouts
- Provide architectural direction on AI platforms and LLMOps practices while advising on build-vs-buy decisions
- Lead workshops and enablement sessions on GenAI, prompt engineering and agentic AI to elevate regional technical capabilities
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering measurable business results across AI, data science, machine learning or advanced analytics
- Hands-on GenAI background encompassing prompt engineering and practical techniques for managing LLM limitations like grounding and human-in-the-loop
- Implementation track record building agentic workflows with orchestration and tool use
- Proficiency in Python and SQL alongside modern ML frameworks and GenAI-assisted development tools
- Experience utilizing at least one major cloud AI stack such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS, GCP Vertex AI or Databricks
- Background in leading cross-functional initiatives within multinational environments
- English fluency and clear communication to effectively engage engineers and senior business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline like data science, computer science or mathematics
- Previous experience working within the insurance or financial services industry
