Job Description
1.负责交易台场外衍生品及结构化产品的交易询价、定价、交易执行;
Responsible for handling trade inquiries, pricing, and execution of OTC derivatives and structured products for Wealth Management clients.
2.负责交易台各类风险的监控及管理;
Responsible for monitoring and managing various types of risks on the trading desk.
3.制定业务开展策略、定价原则以优化业务效率;
Develop business strategies and pricing principles to optimize business efficiency.
4.对销售人员开展培训,同销售人员持续进行业务沟通以帮助各类交易的执行;
Conduct training for sales staff and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate the execution of various transactions.
5.同各后台部门联络沟通以确保日常业务顺利开展;
Liaise with various back-office departments to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
6.同各业务部门及后台部门沟通合作以推出新业务;
Collaborate with various business and back-office departments to launch new business initiatives.
7.在交易组内相互支持,以帮助团队顺利、准确地完成交易任务。
Provide mutual support within the trading team to ensure smooth and accurate completion of trading tasks.
Skills and Abilities
1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗,具备良好的道德品质;
Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour.
2.毕业于国内外高校,本科及以上学历,金融、经济、信息技术及相关专业;
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, Economics, IT or related disciplines.
3.高度自律,具备极强的责任心,对工作细节一丝不苟;
Highly self-disciplined and attention to detail.
4.具备编程技能者优先考虑;
Proficiency in programming is a plus.
5.优秀的团队合作精神,能适应高效、快节奏的工作环境,并在压力下保持稳定输出;
Strong team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
6.逻辑清晰,分析能力强,对金融市场动态及趋势有敏锐的洞察力;
Analytical minded and sensitive to financial market trends.
7.出色的沟通、表达及人际交往能力,能够进行富有影响力的陈述与演讲;
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
8.具备优秀的中英文书面及口语能力,普通话流利者优先。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
