We are now looking for a talented Senior System Analyst to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. The incumbent will be a member of the Information Technology Department to manage the implementation and support of core enterprise applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
System Analysis & Design
- Lead business requirement analysis and convert needs into technical specifications and system designs
- Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or integrations for better efficiency
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Plan and oversee system development and enhancement projects to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation such as requirements, designs, and test plans
Application Development & Support
- Participate in or supervise system development, configuration, and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with company development standards, security, and data governance
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement preventive solutions
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
- Define and manage testing processes including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure all applications meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key link between users, developers, and management to ensure clear communication
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and user training sessions
- Deliver project updates, reports, and post-implementation reviews
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or Degree holder in Computing related subjects
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system analysis, application development, or IT solution delivery, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Technical oriented with strong business acumen; hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams
- Solid experience in web-based application implementation, optimization, testing and knowledge of UXUI design principles
- Solid experience in Angular, JavaScript and Spring Boot programming and micro-services architecture with agile development model
- Familiar with Scrum, Agile Development, DevOps and Jenkins
- Experience in C#, .NET MVC, iOS / Android mobile application development will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills; proficient in English and Chinese and Mandarin
