Responsibilities
Support day-to-day FM operations to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Conduct regular workplace walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities if required.
Coordinate with service vendors for repair works, preventive maintenance, and minor project implementations (ie. Move and Change).
Maintain good client relationship.
Weekend or after-hours overtime may be required to oversee vendor works, repairs or urgent facility issues.
Perform ad-hoc FM tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Rotation of work location may require (ie. Kwun Tong & TST).
Required Skills And Experience
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines.
2-4 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Property Management preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in data analysis is an advantage, with the ability to leverage data for operational improvement recommendations.
Ability to effectively interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
