Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day FM operations to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular workplace walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities if required.
  • Coordinate with service vendors for repair works, preventive maintenance, and minor project implementations (ie. Move and Change).
  • Maintain good client relationship.
  • Weekend or after-hours overtime may be required to oversee vendor works, repairs or urgent facility issues.
  • Perform ad-hoc FM tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Rotation of work location may require (ie. Kwun Tong & TST).

Required Skills And Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Property Management preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in data analysis is an advantage, with the ability to leverage data for operational improvement recommendations.
  • Ability to effectively interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
