Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer/Jewellery Designer to concept and develop original jewelry collections that reflect our brand aesthetic. The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear technical drawings and spec sheets to communicate design intent to the factory
  • Select materials, including metals, gemstones, findings, and alternative components
  • Review and approve production samples, ensuring accuracy to design intent and quality standards
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging materials, and the competitive landscape
  • Maintain an organized archive of sketches, spec sheets, and samples
  • Present collections and concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to product naming, storytelling, and collection narratives
  • Analyze defect reports and return data to identify recurring quality or design issues
  • Convert findings into specific spec or design changes, and verify corrective actions with suppliers
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with production, operations, art direction, and website teams to align on timelines, assets, and launch requirements

Who You Are

  • Professionally fluent in English
  • You have a fantastic eye for design and a strong, cohesive aesthetic sensibility
  • You can communicate design intent clearly and precisely through drawings and written specs
  • You're coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
  • You're thorough and detail-oriented, with a high bar for quality
  • Comfortable with learning new tools and excited to work with AI
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture

Bonus, But Not Required

  • 3+ years of professional jewelry design experience and a portfolio to share
  • You have strong knowledge of metals, stones, fabrication methods, and finishing techniques
