Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for airport systems such as Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Baggage Security Screening Systems (BSS), Powered Baggage Loading Devices (S@E), RFID Systems, Individual Carrier System and Rack Based Early Bag Storage System
- Assist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of the works
- Assist in budget control and expenditure of the works
- Liaise with internal and external parties to manage the works and ensure it is conducted in a safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations
- Assist in the management of the works, coordinate with maintenance and operation teams to ensure timely delivery and completion
- Review and comment on contractor’s submissions including method statement, programme, etc.
- Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 4 years' relevant working experience in maintenance or installation of BHS, Material Handling System (MHS) and/or major automation system would be an advantage. Degree holder with 2 years' relevant working experience will also be considered
- Candidates without the above specified academic qualification but have 10 years' relevant working experience will also be considered
- Proactive, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
- Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
