- Offer clinical guidance and supervision through catch-ups on our volunteer training program, including advice on training delivery and ongoing development of training materials
- Support the refinement of safe and appropriate protocols for crisis intervention and risk management
- Share professional insights to support service quality and continuous improvement

As our clinical advisor, you’ll work alongside our volunteer teams to provide a professional perspective, ensuring our peer-support service aligns with industry best standards and remain safe, ethical, and evidence-based.

We will provide our current training materials and protocols, followed by a brief introductory call to help volunteers get familiar with the organization.
