Job Description
As a Leasing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates for commercial properties.
- Negotiating lease terms and agreements with potential tenants to align with business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless property operations and tenant on boarding.
- Monitoring and analysing leasing performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
- Managing lease renewals and terminations while minimising downtime and vacancy rates.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Leasing Manager Should Have
- over 8+ years of experience in office leasing and management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective leasing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build tenant relationships.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with local regulations related to property leasing.
