About The Role

We're looking for Trading Operations Specialists to evaluate AI-generated content in the finance space — validating trade logic, reviewing operational workflows, and ensuring the AI systems influencing financial technology are accurate, consistent, and grounded in real-world practice.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep familiarity with trading operations and a sharp eye for detail.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated trading workflows, operational datasets, and trade processing content for accuracy and coherence
- Validate transaction sequences and operational steps against real-world trading practices
- Summarize market mechanics and trade-flow logic in clear, structured formats
- Identify operational inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in AI-generated financial content
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across recurring evaluation tasks
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in trading operations, brokerage operations, or financial operations
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to evaluating complex workflows
- Comfortable following structured, rule-based processes and applying them consistently
- Clear and concise written communicator who can document findings effectively
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Exposure to market structure, execution systems, or order management platforms
- Background in equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives operations
- Experience with trade lifecycle management, settlement, or reconciliation
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms as an end user
