Job Responsibilities Included (but not limited to)
Oversee and perform full spectrum of Human Resources services not limited to recruitment, payroll, performance management, insurance and visa application etc.
Coordinate and arrange lesson-covering schedules for teaching staff.
Review, maintain and optimize the HR database and systems.
Update and propose enhancements to HR policies to ensure strict alignment with EDB guidelines and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
Provide language-related support, including drafting professional internal circulars and announcements in English;
Perform other duties assigned by the school or the supervisor(s).
Required Qualifications And Personal Attributes
Possess Bachelor Degree of above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and visa application process;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Possess relevant working and leadership experience is preferred , having experience in a school office is an added advantage;
Possess high level of organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
Possess the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
