Responsibilities
The engineer will handle tasks such as configuring IT systems, providing first-line support, performing routine maintenance, and resolving urgent issues. They’ll need to communicate effectively with clients and stay updated on hospitality IT trends, working flexible hours to support 24/7 operations. The system you will interact includes:
- Network system (e.g. switches, AP, firewalls)
- Telephony (e.g. PABX)
- Access Control (e.g. door lock system)
- CCTV
- Digital platforms (e.g. websites, web app)
Key Qualification
Candidates should have a degree in IT or a related field, experience in hospitality IT support, and strong troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in English is required, with Chinese knowledge being a plus, and the role demands good communication and teamwork.
