Principal Responsibilities
Provide after sales service to all hospitals units, research institutions and reference laboratories in the public and private sectors
Specific Duties
- Carry out instrument installation
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in the field
- Carry out reagent application and related troubleshooting
- Carry out customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide telephone support to the customers
- Complete all required documentation to assure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, service/support procedures and processes
