We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of Property Officer.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of a property or properties, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc.
  • Supervise a team in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients.
  • Maintain a good relationship with owners/tenants and Owners' Committee/ Corporation ensuring their needs are taken care of. including cleaning and security team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
  • Monitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning teams, etc.
  • Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
  • At least 3 years solid experience in property management
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence is an advantage
  • Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
