Job Description
- Managing and updating product listings across various e-Commerce platforms.
- Monitoring online sales performance and providing regular reports to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.
- Handling customer inquiries related to online purchases in a timely manner.
- Analysing website traffic and user behaviour to recommend improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with e-Commerce platform policies and standards.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in managing e-Commerce platforms and digital tools or merchandising background. Experience in managing US online platform Amazon/ eBay/ Walmart is value added.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English and Chinese both verbal and writing
