Role Introduction
As a crucial member in the Ancillaries team, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager Ancillaries to facilitate required actions to optimize the revenue performance of travel ancillary products. You will also be responsible for optimising pricing and performance of assigned ancillary products, conducting revenue and sales analysis, and supporting enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Assistant Manager Ancillaries to prepare revenue budgets, conduct pricing reviews, measure revenue performance and provide revenue reports on a regular basis
- Design data models and dashboards for tracking the revenue performance of travel ancillary products
- Coordinate fare filing and pricing validation with relevant business units to ensure timely and precise pricing distributions to all touchpoints
- Plan, conduct and review testing on business rules and pricing to optimise revenue performance
- Conduct research and benchmarking to monitor other airlines’ and Online Travel Agencies’ ancillary offerings and recommend initiatives to optimize product proposition and revenue generation
- Work with relevant business units to refine ancillary product proposition and pricing strategy
- Maintain the policy to govern travel ancillary waivers and monitor the usage
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics disciplines
- Prior working experience in quantitative analysis or product management is preferable
- Knowledge in using analytics query and data visualisation tools (e.g. Alteryx, Qliksense) is a plus but not a must
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with business acumen
- A quick learner with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Passionate, proactive and continue to excel
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills and time management
