To support day-to-day operations ensuring that the Bank’s policies, operational guidelines are adhered to by team members, consistent delivery of quality services to clients and optimal utilization of available resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare LC advising/amendments and input in trade system.
- Process acceptance advice received from issuing bank.
- Process LC payment, documents discounting and input in relevant systems.
- Reply and relay enquiry from correspondent banks by SWIFT.
- Reply phone enquiry from correspondent banks, beneficiaries and customers.
- Process Shanghai/Beijing and Singapore Branches’ tasks as instructed.
- Handling scan documents and split documents for mailing/filing.
- Any other assignments assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- University graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in banking (Trade operations with knowledge in Commercial Loan tasks is preferable.)
- Exposure in SWIFT Alliance, Trade systems and Loan systems.
- Familiar with UCP600, ISP98, URDG758, URC 522 and ISBP
- Good communication skills
- Hands on experience in MS Words & Excel
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
