What You’ll Do

Support the team across ecosystem, operations, research, and other day-to-day initiatives.
Conduct research on crypto protocols, ecosystems, and emerging industry trends.
Help execute cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal teams.
Leverage AI to improve research, writing, analysis, and day-to-day execution.
Continuously explore better workflows and new technologies to improve productivity.

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in Crypto, Web3, and blockchain protocols.
Active crypto user with hands-on experience using wallets, DeFi protocols, on-chain applications, governance platforms, and other Web3 products.
AI-native mindset — you naturally use AI to learn, research, solve problems, and improve the quality and speed of your work.
Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Available for at least 3 months (4+ days/week preferred).

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the crypto industry (internships, full-time roles, research, community contributions, or personal projects).
Technical background or experience building products, tools, automations, or open-source projects.
