Cluster / Department: Kowloon West Cluster / Cluster Human Resources Division
Pay : HK$37,590 – HK$66,291 (HGPS Point 15 - 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. He/she will assist Cluster General Manager (Human Resources) and Senior Human Resources Manager in providing day-to-day managerial and administrative support in various Humans Resources functions:
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Benefits & Compensation
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Staff Relations & Communication
2. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. A university degree or equivalent.
Preferably Attributes/ Exposure:
1. Post-qualification relevant HR experience preferred.
2. Possession of Human Resources / Management / Public Health Management related qualification.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in computer application software and data management
5. Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
6. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
