Bachelor’s degree in Business, Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ work experience in data analysis with strong track record of handling master data, metadata, large data sets and relational databases
Strong analytical and statistical abilities, proficient in solving business questions with effective data analyses and storytelling
High-caliber talent with strong business acumen and critical reasoning
Curious, meticulous, creative and resourceful
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a catalyst for collaboration
Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or other advanced analytical tools. Experience in applying AI in analyses will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Lead data analytics projects, including framing up the questions, applying the right tools and models, aligning requirement with data team, performing the analysis, drawing insights and developing actionable recommendations
Identify business opportunities and insight from cross-BU data, support campaign execution and evaluation
Analyse macro and micro data sets, identify trends, patterns and relationships
Evaluate data and analytical solutions, design and refine BI tools, train and on-board business users
Partner with Data team, expand data asset and ensure quality
Develop and enhance data analytic capabilities for the team and the group
