What This Job Involves

  • Carry out daily office administrative duties such as mailing collection and distribution internal and external, meeting rooms and event setting, refer user enquiries to the direct manager, office supplies ordering, storage, stock checking and replenishment, copying, waybills handling, etc.
  • Ensure all the office equipment in good working order and consumables are replenish timely & ensure a good office environment
  • Work order management, to provide coordination service with qualified technical personnel at office and carry out inspection, testing and preventive maintenance and conduct day to day corrective repairs tasks with expected and reasonable response time
  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of office
  • Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Required

Desired experience and technical skills

  • HKDSE or above
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
