We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide analytical support for key real estate initiatives for a Global Client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to facilitate senior management reporting, manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document management and system administration for an Asia Pacific lease portfolio
- Prepare portfolio, financial and business analysis for standard reporting
- Support stakeholders to validate business requirements and real estate strategy formulation
- Monitor critical dates and support Client’s regional managers on transaction requirements
- Ensure compliance adoption and process standardization for real estate projects and requirements
- Develop concise management presentations based on understanding of the key business drivers
- Support transaction team on individual strategy/transaction activities as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Client stakeholders and internal teams
- Contribute to the development and implementation of real estate strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in Asia Pacific
- Experience in supporting corporate real estate functions
- Strong analytical skills with business acumen
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in technology skills including real estate software tools and platforms
- Outstanding time management and task prioritization skills
