Participate in deal execution and related work (e.g. Pre-IPO, IPO, and M&A due diligence, site visit, documentation, etc.);
Institute business development and marketing plans in line with the overall Company’s annual business goals;
Perform various administrative tasks and clerical support for the team; and
Stay up to date with industry trends and knowledge

What You Will Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines;
1-3 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance;
Reasonably familiar with financial statements, and other fundamental corporate finance matters;
Strong analytical mindset and experience in due diligence;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
