Main Duties

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist senior counsellors in preparing investment proposals and portfolio reviews
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support investment recommendations
  • Help monitor client portfolios and generate performance reports
  • Support the creation of presentation materials for client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product specialists, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless client service
  • Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior internship or experience in financial services is a plus
