Job Purpose:
Director Regional Performance is responsible for the overall network operations and leads the activities to the highest performance and compliance with the safety regulations and meeting all agreed Service Level Standards.
Job Accountabilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective management of the station operations to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Evaluate and support the negotiations for ground handling services at all operating stations to ensure services by appointed ground handler meeting regulation requirements and Service Level Agreement in the most cost-efficient manner, to attain high operational efficiency.
- Initiate and facilitate, along with P&L, unit cost reduction measures by benchmarking cargo handling costs across the network/region and identify potential areas of revenue generation/cost reduction through innovative negotiation and restructuring of GHA Agreements towards improving operational cost productivity of stations and enhancement of service delivery levels.
- Manage the performance of the network and plan immediate remedial actions (if required) for any passenger flight.
- Provide coordination and support to all cargo flights as needed to ensure smooth operations and least interruption to the flow of work.
- Control all related operations reports/statistics of daily performance and the reasons for weakness to raise the efficiency of services and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage a repository of previous and current GHA contracts, negotiation documents and SLA performance documents, for internal business analysis, to facilitate better data driven decision making.
- Manage operational activities to ensure the highest standards of safety and security are consistently upheld.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor degree Operations Management, Logistics, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the same or similar field.
