We are seeking a proficient IT Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of technology trends, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving successful strategies.
You will
- Develop and implement corporate strategies that bolster and align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Support bids development / new solutions development.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and define IT strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate existing corporate processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead a team to execute strategic initiatives effectively and efficiently.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose forward-thinking strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of corporate initiatives, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
- Effectively communicate corporate strategies and progress updates to top / senior management and other key stakeholders.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in IT strategy development and implementation.
- Proven ability to think strategically, lead teams, and align IT initiatives with business goals, including strong executive presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels; prior IT consultancy experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of IT landscapes, industry best practices, and project management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, solve complex IT challenges, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
